Deccan Odyssey is the joint venture between the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) and Indian Railways. The Deccan Odyssey started off on its inaugural journey on 16th Jan, 2004 from the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Mumbai. The train has fantastic restaurants and well-stocked bars where you are going to enjoy fabulous times of your journey.

 It is a superb luxury train which will take you on a memorable trip to the fabulous destinations of South India. Deccan Odyssey would start off from Mumbai and travel to Sindhudurg which was onetime capital of legendary Maratha King. At Goa, you would see the rich heritage of Goa and explore the awesome beaches of Goa. Another fascinating destination is Kolhapur famous for textiles and cottons, jewellery and leather sandals.  At Daulatabad, you would see the Daulatabad Fort, Bibi-Ka -Maqbara and Ellora caves. You would explore Ajanta and Nashik before coming back to Mumbai.
