Dress Code :
For off-train excursions to each destination smart casual and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. You can wear quiet colors, if possible please avoid bright colors while visiting the wildlife parks. For dinner, formal wear is expected. In the winter departures wear warm clothes. In a nutshell :

Baggage Allowance :
Each guest should carry luggage as per rules of international airlines given for the first and business class passengers. Guests are requested to carry soft-topped luggage. There is limited space under the bed and in the luggage hold.
Dietary Requirement :
At the time of booking please inform your special dietary requirements. Guests can have their special dietary requirements, but strict religious observance is not possible to maintain in the time of preparation.
Porters :
At the boarding and disembarkation time, porters will be available to carry your luggage.
Butlers :
There will be a butler for each carriage of the train. You can contact him for each and every need.
Cell Phones Etiquette :
Guests are requested to keep their cell phone on silent mode while traveling on the train and while they visit some of the monuments. One can use the cell phone and laptop on board the train only, not in the public areas.
Electricity :
110 volts is available on the train. International adaptor facilities are provided.
Off Train Excursions :
Guests should walk a lot while traveling the monuments. One must have a moderate degree of physical fitness for walking. If anyone cannot walk or have walking difficulties are requested to tell at the time of booking.
Guides :
Professional and qualified English speaking guides are arranged for off train excursions. Language speaking guides can be provided at some destinations only and it is subject to availability.
Smoking Policy :
Smoking is not permitted on board the train in accordance with the Indian Law. Smoking is prohibited in all public places.
Paramedic On board :
Paramedic on board is provided for emergency medical assistance.
Maharajas’ Express has a highly professional hospitality staff.
Personal Travel Insurance :
