While you traveling onboard the Palace on Wheels, please keep in mind about Do’s and Dont’s.
- You must carry your valid ticket.
- We suggest you to hire only government authorized guide.
- Shopping at the Government Authorized Counters/Emporiums i.e. Rajasthali at Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Agra is recommended.
- Always change your money at the authorized dealer.
- Avoid the lucrative offers given by strangers.
- Don’t eat anything offered by strangers.
- Keep a distance while beggars approach you.
- While you on a safari, don’t carry your valuables.
- If you find defective any items bought from the Government emporiums, write to the Managing Director, Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation Ltd., Udyog Bhawan, Tilak Marh, Jaipur, India 302005 or to Managing Director, Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation.
- If you see any staff not carrying their identity cards, you are asked to inform to the Senior Manager, Palace-On-Wheels or Managing Director, Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation.
